SIXTH STREET RESIDENTIAL TRIPLEX
Designed and developed two houses on a multi-family residential lot: a 1500 SF, 3-bed, 3-bath single-family home and a 1800 SF duplex with flexible living arrangements.
HERBERT STREET RENOVATION
Transformed from a cramped 3-bed, 1-bath to a spacious 3-bed, 2-bath, without adding floor area. Structural modifications, full-height windows, and clever design maximize space and value.
AMADOR AVENUE RENOVATION
Renovated a warehouse into two rental units: a 1500 sf, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and a 500 sf studio ADU. Collaborated with city planning for ADU approval. Retained industrial charm with exposed trusses and cathedral ceilings.
SEVENTEETH STREET CONDOMINIUMS
Acquired 9000 sf lot in Santa Monica for six-unit condo project, navigating zoning hurdles for ideal design. Deep expertise in building regulations and legalities available for consultation.
WADSWORTH AVENUE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
A 750 sf three-car garage near Ocean Park beach transformed into a one-bedroom ADU, utilizing existing openings for efficiency. Plans undergoing permitting, designed with 3D software.
PARK AVENUE RENOVATION
Revamped second-floor apartment in a duplex. Opened up cramped spaces with a large beam, remodeled kitchen, and replaced dining room with a kitchen island. Worthwhile structural changes made.
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
Independent residential units attached or detached from a main house, providing rental or family housing solutions amid California's housing shortages.
HELLAM STREET RENOVATION
I've developed my primary residence, enhancing a 860 SF two-bedroom house on a 7000 SF lot with a 1000 SF extension, optimizing sunlight for a spacious, bright living environment.
